Join us for an insightful evening with Randi Norfleet, a senior business strategist, economic development leader, and founder with over 20 years of experience driving growth at the intersection of entrepreneurship, workforce development, healthcare, and innovation.
Randi is the Founder & CEO of Link & Leverage, a B2B strategic development consultancy helping organizations build infrastructure, scale revenue, and execute with precision, and the Founder of Entrepreneurs On The Go! (EOTG), a community-based entrepreneurship and innovation platform.
Her leadership spans corporate, nonprofit, and public-sector institutions, including BOC Network, Lehman College’s Bronx Business Tech Incubator, and Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies. A New York State–certified M/WBE, DOE-approved vendor, Six Sigma–certified professional, and Coro Fellow, Randi is known for translating strategy into measurable outcomes. For the past four years, she has also served as the right hand to Dr. George C. Fraser, contributing to the strengthening of entrepreneurial ecosystems nationwide.
