Florida Gov. Rick Scott met the founder of the African American Entrepreneurs Association, Leslie Giscombe, at a campaign stop at St. Augustine Whetstone Chocolates. Scott spent 5 minutes discussing the importance of supporting the underserved communities in the area of entrepreneurship with Giscombe.
“When you help a poor man start a business you help the whole community to become successful,” Scott said in a news release.
