Giscombe (BSBA 2013) is the founder and CEO of the African American Entrepreneurs Association, a non-profit organization formed to develop and create economic development through entrepreneurship within the underserved African American community through education, mentoring, workshops, group economics and micro-financing opportunities. Giscombe has over 30 years experience as a Serial Entrepreneur, and the oldest African American to graduate with an undergraduate degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He also holds an MBA in International Business from Florida Institute of Technology.
